Ordering & Delivery
How long will my cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are packed and sealed in airtight bags on the day they’re baked. For the best flavour and texture, enjoy them promptly after delivery. Once opened, reseal the bag or transfer the cookies to an airtight container.
When will my order ship?
We ship standard online orders within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please allow additional time for delivery.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Local pickup in Toronto is available at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?
Yes, including next-day delivery by arrangement. Please email us at info@auntbethbakes.com before placing your order so we can confirm what’s possible for your address and requested date.
Ingredients & Allergens
Are your cookies nut-free?
Some of our cookies contain nuts or nut-based ingredients (ex: Skor toffee contains almonds).
We bake in a kitchen that uses nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs, so cross-contamination is possible.
Do your cookies contain alcohol?
We bake with real spirits and liqueurs, including whisky, rum and tequila. If you avoid alcohol or have questions about a particular flavour, please email info@auntbethbakes.com before ordering.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or dairy-free options?
We do offer both but they are not made at a separate facility.
Corporate & Event Orders
Do you offer corporate gifting?
Absolutely. We create custom boxes, branded flavours, and premium cookie sets for corporate events, client gifts, and conferences.
Can you customize labels or flavours?
Yes — custom branding, messaging, and whisky collaborations are available with advance notice.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, for large orders. Please reach out through our Corporate & Event Orders page.
Shipping & Packaging
How are the cookies packaged?
Our cookies are packaged in packs of six, sealed together in airtight bags and packed in our 4×4×4 cookie boxes.
Gift boxes are available as well - just add them while making your purchases.
Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide in Canada and the United States.
