THE RECIPE BEHIND THE BAKERY
The proof is in the cookie.
We choose each whisky for the flavour it brings to the cookie. Think spicy rye with ginger, or single malt with buttery shortbread. Good taste, right down to the last crumb.
Good taste takes practice.
Beth brings 25 years of whisky expertise to every recipe, pairing her knowledge of flavour with a lifelong love of baking. That’s a lot of good taste in one cookie.
Baked with a hint of whisky and a lot of love.
From buttery shortbread to chocolate chunk favourites, we bake in small batches in our Toronto kitchen. Delicious on their own, our cookies also pair beautifully with whisky. Pour a dram and find your favourite match.
No whisky wisdom required.
You don’t need to know whisky to enjoy these cookies. Start with a flavour you love, or open a gift collection and discover a few together.
MEET BETH HAVERS
A whisky expert at the mixing bowl.
For more than 20 years, Beth Havers has introduced people to whisky. In 2020, she brought that knowledge into the kitchen, pairing the spirits she knew so well with the baking she had loved since childhood. Aunt Beth’s is the result.
